 Standard Cost Model

Steps/Activites refer to the Administrative Activities stakeholders conduct to comply with each information obligation.

Time Internal refers to the time it takes businesses to complete administrative activities.

Direct Costs refers to the fees paid to the government in acquiring permits/licesnses

Processing Time refers to the time it takes government to provide its services which includes possible delays and extensions.

Total Cost to Acquiring Permits/Licenses includes the time it takes firms to complete administrative activities, time it takes external service providers to render their service, and the cost of fees to be paid for every information obligation.
